Roles and Responsibility:

• Evaluation of project and involve in project cost / benefit analysis & techno commercial discussions.
• Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress.
• Preparing the project schedule and determine technical specifications & prepare plans as per the specification and guidelines.
• Should have good knowledge about measurements and calculations of interiors.
• Keep track of materials required in time.
• Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced.
• Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, color and materials to carryout design intent.
• Ability to interact with senior management, external client organizations and vendors
• Responsible for smooth execution of all Corporate projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 10 to 12Years (MINIMUM 10 YEAR OF EXP AS A PROJECT MANAGER)
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Industry: Interior
