Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Marketing professional to join our team at Sanspareils Greenlands Pvt. Ltd. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of India's largest and most trusted cricket equipment brand. As a Marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for sports.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the sports industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Highly creative with an eye for detail
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for sports, particularly cricket


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote SG's cricket equipment products
  • Manage all aspects of digital marketing including website content, social media, and email campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify potential opportunities
  • Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing materials and support sales initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and make data-driven recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
  • Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including sponsors, partners, and influencers
