• Understanding the products and services provided by the company.

• Preparing company policies and procedures.

• Sales to customer throug phone calls.

• Resolving customer complaints and queries on call.

• Providing detailed information to customers and generate sales lead.

• Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
