Job responsibilities: 

• Plan and manage content on all platforms
• Create grammatically correct, well-researched, and plagiarism-free promotional and non-promotional content (blog posts, articles, guest posts, descriptions, use cases, case studies, etc.) according to defined campaigns to drive leads and educate the target audience
• Understand the platform before writing content for one
• Use the best practices of SEO and other digital marketing techniques that are in trend to create content
• Analyze the content marketing metrics and make changes as and when needed according to the performance of the content
• Proof-read and edit the content of other members (tone, structure, clarity, and consistency of messaging) of the team and give feedback as required
• Continuously optimize existing content to increase impact and conversion
• Identify trending topics in the media that we could engage with and enhance via our content, with the goal of joining the conversation and spreading relevant messages
• Provide direction to writers and creative teams on the ideation, production, and measurement of content
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications & skills:

• Overall 2-4 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English/ Journalism
• Great people skills with an emphasis on coaching and motivating
• Knowledge of SEO and other digital marketing techniques in trend
• Excellent writing skills as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
• Experience writing for a B2B audience
• Experience using CMSs will be preferred
• Ability to conduct extensive research
• Positive attitude towards feedback and criticism
• Ability to take initiative and bring new ideas
