Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum of 1 year experience in an educational setting, preferably in a junior faculty position.
- Strong skills in curriculum design, ensuring content is engaging and accessible (Mandatory skill).
- Adept with online learning platforms to facilitate remote and hybrid teaching environment (Mandatory skill).
- Demonstrated ability in student mentoring and advising to foster an encouraging learning environment (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
- Strong organizational skills to manage course materials and student assessments efficiently.
- A commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of zoology and teaching methodologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a dynamic zoology curriculum that aligns with educational standards and engages students.
- Utilize online learning platforms to deliver course content and enhance the learning experience.
- Provide mentorship and academic advising to students, supporting their educational and professional development.
- Conduct lectures, seminars, and labs, fostering an interactive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the academic department and contribute to the broader educational mission.
- Stay current with developments in the field of zoology and incorporate emerging research into the classroom.
