Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in zoology with a proven track record of effective teaching methods.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an educational setting, preferably in a junior faculty position.
• Strong skills in curriculum design, ensuring content is engaging and accessible (Mandatory skill).
• Adept with online learning platforms to facilitate remote and hybrid teaching environment (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated ability in student mentoring and advising to foster an encouraging learning environment (Mandatory skill).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex concepts to students.
• Strong organizational skills to manage course materials and student assessments efficiently.
• A commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of zoology and teaching methodologies.
