Position Overview
We are hiring educators to join as Customer Success Representatives. This role combines
teaching expertise with customer support to enhance user satisfaction, drive retention, and
promote growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Build strong relationships with parents and tutors, understanding and addressing their
needs.
● Resolve inquiries and technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
● Use teaching insights to assist with curriculum queries, mark improvement and progress
tracking.
● Proactively renew subscriptions, upsell services, and drive customer loyalty.
● Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance platform features.
Qualifications
● Master’s degree in Education or related fields.
● 3+ years teaching IGCSE, GCSE, IB, or CCS curricula.
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
● T ech-savvy with experience in online tools and platforms.
