Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of teaching experience in a preschool or early years setting
• Degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Proficient in implementing the IB and CAIE curriculum for EYP/Pre-Primary
• Passionate about working with young children and fostering their growth
• Knowledge of various teaching methodologies and learning styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Creative and resourceful in designing age-appropriate activities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement the IB and CAIE curriculum for Early Years Programme (EYP)/Pre Primary students
• Create engaging lesson plans and teaching materials appropriate for preschool children
• Provide a nurturing and safe learning environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Monitor and assess student progress, and provide individualized support when necessary
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a holistic learning experience
• Maintain open communication with parents and provide regular updates on student performance
• Participate in professional development programs and stay updated with best practices in early childhood education
