Role and Responsibilities:	 	 As a Business Analyst at tCognition, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be instrumental in gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable insights that drive our projects forward. Your responsibilities will include:	 	 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and document business processes, workflows, and requirements.	 Conducting thorough analysis of data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.	 Creating detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications that effectively communicate business requirements to the development and design teams.	 Assisting in the design and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.	 Participating in project planning, scope definition, and requirements prioritization.	 Contributing to the development of test plans and conducting user acceptance testing to validate solution functionality.	 Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.	 Keeping abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.	 Qualifications:	 	 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.	 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in [relevant industry/sector].	 Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise documentation.	 Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights and support decision-making.	 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.	 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.	 Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation processes.	 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.	 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Require: Singaporean, Singapore PR Manual + Automation tester and Java development background is a must , writing Selenium automation script using Java Banking domain good to haveTo provide the below:• Prepares test plans, test cases and test scripts. to test each software component anddemonstrate the business condition under test and the expected results.• Execute regression tests, functional tests and data tests.• Test environment setup, defects tracking and coordinating with PO, users and techteam to resolve the issues and determine defect priority.• Estimates work requirement for contribution to the project sprint plan, report and trackUAT deliverables.• Stays abreast of QA &amp; Testing best practice and latest available tools (HP QualityCentre and ALM), frameworks and standards.• Ensures high Quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release.
