We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager to help us grow and expand our market reach.
Job Description:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in your assigned territory. You should have minimum 10 Field sales executives under you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in your assigned territory.
- Build a team of high performing FSE'.
- Identify and pursue new lead generation in your region
- Closely work on field with your fse's.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of projects
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in the merchant onboarding industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
