About Target Publications Pvt. Ltd.: Target Publications Pvt. Ltd. is a 2006 established education publishing house based out of Mulund, Mumbai. In the last 15 years, Target has become a name to reckon with in academic books for the Maharashtra State Board. We have 700+ titles ranging from children books to competitive exam books. In 2018-19, we sold more than 2.5 million books and we are now looking at people who could join 175+ Targetians in our mission to keep growing this number and transform more lives of the children of our country.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions</li><li>Conduct interviews via phone or in-person</li><li>Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews</li><li>Serve as contact person for questions from candidates</li><li>Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</li><li>Experience working with Microsoft Office suite</li><li>High-energy and passion</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet quotas</li><li>handling recruitment</li></ul>
