We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in landscape works, roads, bridges & utilities, and building construction projects within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all project sites
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
- Prepare and implement site-specific HSE plans and procedures
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
- Investigate incidents/accidents and generate detailed reports with preventive actions
- Maintain up-to-date safety records and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in the UAE
- Experience in landscaping, roads, bridges & utilities, and building construction projects is mandatory
- NEBOSH/IOSH certification or equivalent is required
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Immediate availability is an advantage
