We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in multistorey building construction within the contracting industry and possess strong leadership, analytical, and cost management skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for large-scale projects
• Lead contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution
• Conduct detailed BOQ preparation, cost analysis, and risk assessments
• Ensure effective cost control, procurement strategy, and vendor negotiations
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and profitability

🔹 Requirements:

• 7 - 10 years of experience in multistorey building construction (contracting industry)
• Expertise in cost planning, tendering, and contract law
• Strong command of FIDIC contracts and contractual claims management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX, and other QS software
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
