We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in Precast / Ready Mix Concrete operations to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with Dubai Municipality Central Laboratory procedures and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of QA/QC experience in the precast or ready mix concrete industry.

Proven experience coordinating with Dubai Municipality Central Lab, including handling submissions, testing protocols, and approvals.

Strong understanding of concrete mix designs, material testing, and quality assurance procedures.

Knowledge of relevant international and local standards (ASTM, BS, ACI, DM requirements).

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all quality standards for precast and ready mix products.

Liaise with the Dubai Municipality Central Lab for testing and approvals.

Conduct inspections and tests at all stages of production.

Maintain and review QA/QC documentation and records.

Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
