A leading Construction Company, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Engineer to execute multistory building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality construction projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction activities.

Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.

Supervise and inspect electromechanical and finishing works to maintain high-quality standards.

Ensure adherence to Dubai Municipality regulations, safety protocols, and project design requirements.

Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure proper execution.

Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management review.

Assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and material procurement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

7 to 10 years of experience in construction, preferably in multistorey building projects.

Strong knowledge of electromechanical works, finishing works, and construction methodologies.

Proficiency in project management software (Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.

Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical reports.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with Dubai's building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
