The ideal candidate will have expertise in production management, quality control, and team leadership in the manufacturing or construction materials industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the production of GRC, GRP, and precast cement products to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Manage and train production staff, ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor workflow, resolve production issues, and optimize processes to improve productivity.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and submit production and quality control reports.
