We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman with expertise in multistorey building construction to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts, and plans for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for multistorey buildings.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to develop accurate construction plans.
• Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from project managers and site teams.
• Maintain and update project documentation and drawing records.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Drafting.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in multistorey building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and structural elements.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
