Landscape Elements, a leading manufacturer of GRC, GRP, UHPC, Decorative Precast Concrete products and Ready-mix Concrete, is looking for an experienced Lab Technician to oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in production management, quality control, and team leadership in Precast / Ready-mix Concrete industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the production of Precast Concrete products and Ready-mix Concrete to ensure quality and efficiency.

Monitor workflow, resolve production issues, and optimize processes to improve productivity.

Maintain inventory of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Prepare and submit production and quality control reports.

Complete knowledge of DCL and DM requirements related to production, documentation and audit.

Knowledge of Concrete Mix Designs and quality management.
