To attend day to day breakdown in shifts for trouble shooting and rectify the problems with appropriate solutions independently.Check the machine for proper working after rectification to meet all safety, quality and production requirement.Planning & carrying out corrective actions for permanent solutions for repeated breakdowns.Updating breakdown details in SAP ( Training will be provided )Co-ordination in spare arrangement, spares procurement in NhP and from outside supplier & spares management in GS.Carrying out Preventive maintenance & Predictive maintenance activitiesCo-ordinating with outside suppliers for repair of m/c items, PCB, re-wingding of motors etc. & installing in our machine .Co-ordinating in implementing up-gradation projects, pokayokes, modifications etc and all maintenance related activities,
