Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior User Experience Design Specialist for our Chennai location. This is a full-time position where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience of our digital products. With a maximum of 10 years of experience, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and improve user interactions, ensuring our products are both innovative and user-friendly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in developing and implementing user experience design strategies to enhance digital product usability.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for designing, prototyping, and collaborating with other product stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with creating and maintaining design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
• Solid background in conducting user research to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Expertise in interaction design to create engaging and seamless user journeys in digital applications.
• Ability to perform user testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve user interfaces and experiences.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex user flows and propose thoughtful redesigns.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
