We are seeking a mid-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join our vibrant team at Talent Wave Systems in Bangalore. As a full-time position, this role focuses on deploying and managing IAM solutions to protect and enhance our clients' digital infrastructures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of identity management systems and demonstrate proficiency in tools such as SailPoint. Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in identity management processes with a deep understanding of IAM frameworks and tools.
• Expertise in SailPoint (Mandatory skill) is required for successful implementation and management of IAM solutions.
• Strong knowledge in identity management (Mandatory skill) for ensuring secure user authentication and authorization.
• Experience in configuring and managing Single Sign-On solutions for seamless access across platforms.
• Understanding of FRC techniques to effectively monitor and respond to potential security risks.
• Ability to support end users by addressing IAM-related issues and maintaining user accounts.
• Familiar with managing Active Directory services to handle user accounts and authentication pathways.
• Working knowledge of standard security assertion markup language (SAML) for secure data exchange.
• Experience with SIEM tools to enhance threat detection and improve incident response times.

• Implement and manage IAM solutions to facilitate secure access to organizational data and resources.
