Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled BI Developer for a mid-level position in Chennai. This full-time role involves creating, implementing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL, and SQL Server, and will work closely with our tech team to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS for developing dynamic reports and ETL processes.
• Strong experience with T-SQL for querying and managing complex databases to support business intelligence needs.
• Solid understanding of Business Intelligence concepts and the ability to implement them in business scenarios.
• Proven ability to design and optimize data warehouse and data integration solutions to enhance performance.
• Experience in debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting BI solutions to maintain high-level data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Required skills include Microsoft SSIS, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), T-SQL, SQL Server, and Business Intelligence (BI).
