Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for all products in Salesforce platform.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of applications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide testing feedback.
• Participate in requirement and design review meetings.
• Automate test cases using appropriate testing tools and frameworks (for eg. Selenium).
• Prepare and maintain test environments, test data, and test results documentation.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide necessary documentation and assistance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Tester or in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM platform is a plus.
• Proficient in using testing tools and frameworks 
• Experience with SQL and database testing.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and waterfall methodologies.

Education

We value hands-on experience over college degrees but we expect you to have a UG degree for compliance purposes.

UG Degree: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization

Experience: 5-8 years
