Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Lead .NET Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead .NET Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge blockchain solutions. You will lead a team of skilled developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of innovative blockchain-based applications.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based blockchain solutions.

2. Architect scalable and secure blockchain applications using .NET technologies.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in best practices for .NET development within a blockchain context.

5. Research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance our blockchain offerings.

6. Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of .NET-based blockchain applications.

7. Collaborate with blockchain architects and other stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and strategies.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in blockchain technology and contribute to the company's thought leadership in the space.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2. Proven experience (minimum [X] years) in .NET development, with a focus on blockchain technologies.

3. Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, and ASP.NET Core.

4. Experience with blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger Fabric, or Corda.

5. Solid understanding of blockchain principles, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development.

6. Experience with decentralized application (DApp) development and integration.

7. Proficiency in SQL databases and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper).

8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

10. Prior experience in a leadership or mentorship role is preferred.
