We are looking for a Growth Intern to support our strategic growth and partnerships initiatives in a B2B SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and wants hands-on experience in scaling a SaaS startup.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth Initiatives – Identify and execute new growth opportunities, including partnerships and business expansion strategies.

Partnership Development – Research, reach out to, and establish relationships with potential partners, affiliates, and industry influencers.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points to refine GTM strategies.

Lead Generation & Outreach – Assist in identifying and engaging potential B2B clients, channel partners, and resellers.

Sales & Revenue Enablement – Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize conversion funnels and customer acquisition strategies.

Community & Ecosystem Building – Help engage with industry forums, LinkedIn groups, and SaaS communities to expand brand presence.

Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor growth initiatives and partnerships, analyzing their impact on key business metrics.


Who You Are:

  • Passionate about startups, SaaS, and business growth strategies.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • A self-starter who enjoys networking and building relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and execute strategic initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Previous experience in partnerships, sales, business development, or growth strategy is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or growth hacking techniques is beneficial.
