Profile: Desktop Support Engineer

Experience: 06 months and above

Location: Bangalore

Notice Period: Preferred immediate joiners

Note: Candidates must have Excellent Kannada & communication skills.

JOB Descriptions:

1. Candidate should have experience in the installation & configuring Desktops, Application, Network related issue .

2. Should have strong knowledge in Windows Registry.

3. Should have good experience with configuring outlook/ MS-Outlook. Troubleshooting MS Office/Other application related issues.

4. Should have excellent knowledge in troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, Printer and software.

5. Troubleshooting System/Network problems and diagnosing/solving hardware or software faults

6. Well experienced in Outlook, O365, AD, DNS, DHCP.

Qualification: Must have graduates or diploma(3yrs)
