We are seeking a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in US IT Bench sales recruitment. The ideal candidate should be innovative in their approach to marketing and placing candidates. Experience working with CPT, OPT, H1B, H1B transfer, US citizens, and GC candidates is preferred. The candidate should be capable of preparing weekly/monthly reports on their performance. Knowledge of Corp-to-Corp, 1099, and W2 is also preferred. The successful candidate will be proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented, thriving in a target-driven environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Utilize US job boards such as Dice, Tech Fetch, Monster, and Indeed to search for requirements.
Interact with vendors to obtain job requirements.
Negotiate rate deals with vendors and schedule interviews.
Collaborate with Tier 1 or Prime vendors.
Submit eligible candidates to vendors.
Arrange video/telephonic interviews between candidates and clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with employees and clients.
Negotiate rates with clients and Prime Vendors.
Manage the submission of candidates to job orders within a specific discipline.
Maintain regular communication with consultants before and after placement.
