Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and
delivering top IT talent for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of the IT
industry, a network of tech professionals, and a passion for finding the right candidates to meet our
clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, and social
networks) and other methods.
• Screen and assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and provide guidance on
the hiring process.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information.
• Conduct interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate candidate offers and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy.
• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting IT talent across various roles (e.g., software
engineers, data scientists, network engineers).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of technical skill sets and programming languages.
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools.
• Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
