Desired Technical Experience 

 Azure (Preferred), AWS, or GCP cloud computing platforms and available services 

 Good understanding of IaaS and PaaS and SaaS cloud services and resources 

 Should have knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)  

 Must have knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) 

 Good understanding of Cloud cost management and FinOps  

 Implementing DevOps pipelines for infrastructure automation 

 Familiarity with DevOps tooling like Git, Azure DevOps/Jenkins, Chef/Ansible 

 Experience managing Windows and Linux systems in a production environment 

 Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies 

 Must have an automate-first and automate-everything attitude 

 Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell preferred) 

 Quickly prototype to validate the architecture, and design concepts and provide an example

implementation 

 Work closely with development teams on the transformation to DevOps to support the

automation of configuration changes, upgrades, and enhancements 

 In-depth understanding of software development processes and workflows 

 Experience managing infrastructure/software projects using a project management

methodology 

 Experience managing and automating deployments to Azure/AWS cloud environments 

Desired Leadership Skills 

 Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members 

 Drive optimization through discovery, development, and sharing of cost-saving opportunities 

 Task scheduling and resource management 

 Prepare presentations on project status and present monthly/annual reports to senior

management 

 Must guide and ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies, and documentation

requirements across project phases 

 Regular meetings with application teams and gather requirements and track project progress 

 Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned

teams for smoother execution 

 Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality, and

excellence
