Looking for a self motivated and experienced Legal Professional to help manage and run the entire legal team for a real estate firm. The activities include<ul><li>Due Diligence of Title and preparing legal opinion</li><li>Responding to legal queries of customer</li><li>Drafting / preparing agreements, reports, deeds, contracts, replies, letters and other documents as required from time to time from a legal perspective.</li><li>Exposure to RERA rules and regulations</li><li>Handling work delegated by Management and attend to all other miscellaneous work in Legal Department</li><li>Assistance in Land Acquisition &amp; or Development, Funding &amp; Sales transactional documents</li><li>Reading and understanding of title documents, revenue documents and relevant.</li><li>Coordinating with Bank Panel Advocates for obtaining legal opinion for project approvals &amp; project finance.</li><li>Should be well versed with drafting with Memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development , Agreements , Agreement of Sale , Sale Deeds , Power of Attorney , Procurement Agreements etc. and other deeds in relation to property.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Morning shift</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Indiranagar 2nd Stage, Bengaluru - 560038, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>total work: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>
