IP addressing, Nat , Security concepts, Routing, switching, PRI, T1, E1 lines.
Knowledge on Desktop laptop and Server hardware.
Knowledge on VoIP communication like Alcatel lucent, Avaya, and Cisco voice devices.
CM, Gateway, SM, SBC and SMGR
Good understanding on IT helpdesk ticketing flow process and escalation process.
Asset management and audit knowledge.
