Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and develop job descriptions.
• Use job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and negotiate salary packages with selected candidates.
