Qualification
· Min 6 Months to 1 year of experience in a call center environment preferred, Freshers with good communication can also apply.
· Graduates / Diploma Holders preferred. Undergraduates with relevant experience can also be considered.
One-day interview process - looking for immediate joiners.
Skills Required
· Good listening, verbal and written communication skills and ability to provide World Class Customer Service.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment with Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
· The job will require you to handle inbound calls/emails / chats for end-users and applicant must have good multi-tasking skills
· Must be fluent in English and Hindi
Flexibility
· Working days 6 days working
· Candidate should be Ok with Rotational Offs, travelling on their own and should be ok even if Sunday is not a fixed off / Week off
