Qualification
* Min 6 Months to 1 year of experience in a call center environment preferred, Freshers with good communication can also apply.
* Graduates / Diploma Holders preferred. Undergraduates with relevant experience can also be considered.

* Good listening, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to provide World Class Customer Service.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment with Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills
* The job will require you to handle inbound calls/emails / chats for end-users and applicant must have good multi-tasking skills
* Must be fluent in English and Hindi Flexibility -
* Working days 6 days working
* Candidate should be Ok with Rotational Offs, travelling on their own and should be ok even if Sunday is not a fixed Off / Week off
