Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
• Maintain documentation for backend systems and APIs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java
• Strong knowledge of Java frameworks like Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Exposure to security best practices in backend development
