Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with modern automation tools and testing techniques to enhance our software solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Automation Testing.
• Strong background in test automation frameworks, specifically with Selenium.
• Proficiency in programming languages with a focus on python testing skills.
• Solid understanding of API testing methodologies and practices.
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Good knowledge of database testing practices to ensure data integrity.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify test requirements and implement testing strategies.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts using selenium and other automation tools.
• Perform thorough API testing to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with software developers and project managers to understand requirements and develop test strategies.
• Execute regression tests as part of the continuous integration process.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and identify areas for quality improvement.
• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of existing test automation frameworks.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for test procedures and results.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
