Sales Staff Member Profile – Ø&nbsp;Creating database of potential clients from online/offline resources with contact person, number, address, email, etc.Ø&nbsp;Contacting all clients via emails &amp; callsØ&nbsp;Lead GenerationØ&nbsp;Maintaining client wise – lead update reportØ&nbsp;Setting up appointment of management with potential clients for further interaction via call or in personØ&nbsp;Assist in closing sales with the clientØ&nbsp;Onboarding client processØ&nbsp;Maintain feedback from clients i.e. positive / negative if any Ø&nbsp;Should be open to other general admin related work

Desired Candidate <ul><li>Should be well versed with English &amp; have basic computer knowledge</li><li>Should know how to draft / write emails</li><li>Will be responsible for coordinating with various - Exporters &amp; Importers &amp; service providers (transporters &amp; shipping companies &amp; freight forwarders)</li><li>Will contribute to customer management and maintaining sound relations with clients</li><li>Should be willing to work (from office only) from 10:30 to 6 p.m.</li></ul> Basic knowledge of customs clearance &amp; freight forwarding can also be a deciding factor Aspects of job profile ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Take Dictation in person or virtually via whatsapp or Google Docs·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Check multiple emails IDs·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Remove spam emails and avoid phishing emails·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Take printout of all relevant emails.
