Adnission Counsellor

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outbound Call Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will make outgoing calls to prospective students, brief them about Frankfinn’s courses, and assess their interest.

Based on their responses, you will invite them to attend free career counselling sessions at Frankfinn Institutes. Your goal is to engage students, provide information, and encourage them to take the next step in their career journey with personalized guidance.

You will track student interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring that follow-ups and targets are met. Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service is preferred. This is a full-time position offering growth opportunities within the Frankfinn network.

Must have Experience in Counsellor with Influent English
