Job Title: Software Tester

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years of experience

Location: Mumbai

Roles:

We are looking for a results-driven software tester to be responsible for designing and running tests on software usability. The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team. You may also interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product.

Responsibilities:

1. Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios.

2. Executing tests on software usability.

3. Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.

4. Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

5. Interacting with clients to understand product requirements.

6. Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.

7. Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated.

8. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends in order to form strategic conversations with clients on future hiring needs. 

Skills:

Excellent Communication and Critical Thinking Skills, Working Knowledge of Test Techniques and Compatibility with Various Software Programmes, Up-To-Date Knowledge of Software Test Design and Testing Methodologies, Working Knowledge of Programming

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Bachelor’s of Engineering, Master’s Degree in Computer Applications, Bsc IT
