Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Research and Development Officer to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading research and development activities related to Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and quality.

- Conduct research to identify new APIs or improve existing ones, keeping abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements
- Design and develop robust formulations for APIs, considering factors such as stability, bioavailability, and manufacturing feasibility
- Optimize manufacturing processes for API synthesis to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards throughout the R&D process, including the preparation of documentation for regulatory submissions
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
