·         Ensuring that a Quality Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and other quality requirements from time to time.

·         Ensuring the internal system audits are conducted at defined frequency and action taken where required.

·         To handle overall and day to day activities of entire QC Dept. ( INCOMING, INPROCESS AND OUTGOING)

·         Training given to Qc inspectors. On how to perform process audit and started same thru out the Assembly processes.

·         Co-ordination with the certification body during 3rd party audits and co- ordination with customers during 2nd party audits.

·         To perform roles and responsibilities of MR and give training on QMS requirements.

·         Plan, develop and implement systems, processes and activities to continually improve manufacturing quality as well as customer service.

·         Fix AQL and sampling plan for process and products acceptances according to criticality at consumer end. Train the team for doing incoming, in process, pre dispatch inspection.

·         Creation of SOP, WI, FORMATS for inspection and controls at varies stages of Incoming, Process, Final inspection.

·         Prepare analysis report for customer complaints and internal rejections.
