Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Vapi for a full-time role aimed at freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role involves interacting with clients to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently, utilizing various CRM and service tools to maintain high-quality service standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, and HubSpot Service Hub to manage customer interactions effectively.
- Experience or familiarity with ticketing systems and live chat support to address customer queries swiftly and accurately.
- Exceptional multilingual communication skills to ensure excellent service delivery across diverse customer bases.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints and determine appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing and updating customer records and service tickets.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of customer interactions efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and improvement processes for service excellence.
