Job description

·        Prior experience working as a US Staffing recruiter is a must.

·        Be willing to work in night shifts in US PST timezone. Not a morning shift so please do not apply if you are looking for morning jobs.

·        Base Salary + Commission (we have the best commission structure in place)

·        Excellent English Communication Skill is Mandatory (Oral and written).

·        Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment Sourcing & screening potential IT candidates for full time & contract openings Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements

·        Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check, drug test etc leading to joining post placement.

·        Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.

·        Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.

·        Good experience in marketing the Bench Consultants, regular interaction with the bench candidates, there by identifying their needs and position them to projects accordingly.
