Rate: 30 LPA including variable
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)/Talent Management, Compensation modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary functional expert for Oracle Fusion Core HR, Compensation Talent Management, and Recruiting (ORC) modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules according to best practices and business needs.
- Support full lifecycle implementation projects including Fit/Gap analysis, design, build, test, training, and deployment.
- Partner with business users to ensure accurate and effective HCM system usage.
- Develop test scenarios and scripts, conduct unit and system testing, and support UAT.
- Provide post-go-live support and ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data migrations.
- Document business processes, system configuration, and training materials.
- Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and provide impact analysis and recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with minimum 4+ years in Core HR, Compensation Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Talent Management.
- Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes such as employee lifecycle management, job/position management, grade/grade ladder, security profiles, etc.
- Hands-on experience with configuration of Fast Formulas, lookups, value sets, and business rules.
- Knowledge on HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OTBI.
- Strong understanding of business processes in HR, recruitment, and talent management domains.
- Experience in global rollouts and understanding of localization features.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
