Job Description for Production Officer / Executive / Supervisor

Dept : Production

1.      Need candidates with B.E in Chemical, Production, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

2.      Deep knowledge of production management                                                     

3.      Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts                                                          

4.      Proficient in MS Office and ERP software / SAP                                                           

5.      Excellent organizational and leaderships skills                                                   

6.      Daily production Report preparation                                                      

7.      Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements

8.      Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines                                                          

9.      Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)                                                     

10.  Ensure output meets quality standards                                                   

11.  Enforce health and safety precautions                                                  

12.  Report to upper management                                                   

13.  Tracking of Production Budgeting on Monthly basis                                                   

14.  Comparison of per kg cost analysis                                                      

15.  Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach                                                 

16.  Excellent In cost analysis.                                               

17.  Excellent Coordination Skill with other dept.
