Job Overview


We are looking for a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy Private Limited. As a Human Resource Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and we are looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the renewable energy industry
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment process
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems
  • Certification in HR management is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the right fit
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation
  • Manage employee performance evaluation process
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Implement and monitor employee training and development programs
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports as required
