Job Overview


We are seeking a Liaison Executive to join our team at Surayay Namah Energy. As a Liaison Executive, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining effective communication between our company and external stakeholders. This includes government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local communities. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, as well as working towards building strong relationships with external partners.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and policies
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in documentation and report preparation
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in scheduling and coordination
  • Security clearance and knowledge of security protocols


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local communities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with external partners
  • Provide timely and accurate information to internal teams regarding regulatory changes and requirements
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to address stakeholder concerns
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation to regulatory bodies and government agencies
  • Monitor and report on industry trends and developments that may impact our operations
