Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in sales, with a minimum of 4 years in field sales, insurance sales, or related industries.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
- In-depth understanding of the life insurance and financial services sector, including CASA sales and credit card sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to identify potential clients and strategically pitch products to meet their needs.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the capacity to influence stakeholders and close significant deals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve collective business goals.
- Must possess creativity and adaptability to handle the evolving challenges within the BFSI sales domain.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth across assigned regions.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs and trends within the industry.
- Liaise with clients to understand their business objectives and recommend relevant products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met and inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing value propositions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, track progress against goals, and report findings to senior management.
