We are seeking a Senior SAP PS professional for a full-time role based in New Delhi, Noida, Delhi, or Gurgaon. The candidate must possess 7 to 10 years of work experience. This role requires expertise in SAP S/4HANA (Mandatory skill) and other SAP modules to enhance project management and delivery. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leveraging SAP innovations to drive project success and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA is mandatory for this role, as it is central to the job’s responsibilities.
• Proven experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to plan, execute, and close projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori for creating user-friendly interfaces and enhancing the user experience of SAP applications.
• Expertise in CATS (Cross Application Time Sheets) to manage and streamline time tracking within SAP solutions.
• Understanding of WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for creating detailed project plans and task hierarchies.
• Knowledge in SAP CPM (Commercial Project Management) to oversee commercial aspects of projects and drive profitability.
• Experience in integrating SAP PS with SAP MM and SD for seamless operations and data flow between modules.
• Capability in roadmap planning and scheduling, ensuring that project timelines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PS project implementations across various business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Design and optimize SAP PS processes, leveraging knowledge in SAP S/4HANA to enhance system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with other modules like MM and SD.
• Utilize project management expertise to plan, execute, and monitor project milestones and deliverables effectively.
• Develop and execute end-user training programs on SAP applications, particularly SAP PS and Fiori interfaces.
• Analyze and resolve issues related to project systems and provide strategic input for improvements and efficiency.
• Facilitate roadmap planning sessions to align project goals with business objectives and manage time allocation efficiently.
• Support the project's financial planning by utilizing SAP CPM to manage budgets, forecasts, and performance analytics.
