Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level SAP Co Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. The position is open across multiple locations: Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Noida. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with SAP S/4HANA and will play a crucial role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP-based solutions. The position requires hands-on experience in both implementation and business process optimization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, including implementation expertise, is mandatory for this role. (Mandatory skill)
• Must possess a deep understanding of implementation processes and best practices in business environments. (Mandatory skill)
• Strong knowledge of business process management to analyze, design, and implement effective processes for better operational efficiency.
• Experience in data migration activities, ensuring secure and accurate transfer of data across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Skilled in configuration and customization of SAP modules to meet specific business requirements and improve performance.
• Ability to integrate SAP solutions with non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless operations across various business units.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology to guide project activities and team collaboration throughout project phases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset for addressing technical and business-related challenges effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and better understand their business processes to propose appropriate SAP solutions.
• Lead the implementation efforts of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Perform system configuration and customization to tailor SAP modules to meet the unique needs of our clients and their industries.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable successful data migration from legacy systems to SAP, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to manage system integrations between SAP and various non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless information flow.
• Adopt SAP Activate Methodology to manage project timelines, resources, and risks effectively, ensuring on-time delivery of solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancement services post-implementation to ensure continuous system performance and user satisfaction.
• Regularly update documentation related to system modifications and business processes for future reference and compliance.
