Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Sales Officer at the mid- level to join our team at Supro Consulting. The role is full-time and located across multiple cities, including Pune, Ahmednagar, Aurangabad, Sangli, Solapur, and Panaji. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in the sales field, leveraging their expertise to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

Candidate have to recruit agents team under them & they have to develop a business through team members. As per monthly report regarding candidate’s work & team work, company will give them incentives other than salary. Lead will not be provided by the company. Candidate must have to build up his own team based on his network.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales role, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Proficiency in field sales, with a thorough understanding of the sales process and market dynamics (Mandatory skill).
• Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, showcasing the ability to influence consumer choices (Mandatory skill).
• Strong marketing skills to effectively promote the company's products and services to potential clients (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with B2B sales models, enabling effective communication and negotiation with business clients.
• Understanding of B2C dynamics, ensuring the delivery of satisfying purchasing experiences to individual customers.
• Knowledge of the banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) sector, crucial for approaching and managing relevant accounts.
• Experience in CASA (Current Account Savings Account) and credit card sales to drive product adoption and customer retention.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Recruit agents to build a team and develop business through team members.
• Build a team based on personal networks, as leads will not be provided by the company.
• Achieve business growth and incentives beyond salary, evaluated through monthly reports on individual and team performance.
